Objective Aren't you, manager or engineer, tired of all those incidents that hinder your project's progress? Don't you dream to avoid all those misunderstandings that irritate the customer and that force you to work so many extra hours? Don't simply blame individuals. It may better help to "lubricate" the "wheels" of the organization, in other words to improve the development process.
I don't only "consult". I program, test and manage projects. I naturally become part of the project team. Let's analyze how your project flows on the basis of CMMI and similar methodologies customized to your company's culture. I also lead the change with you and for you.
I can manage as well a pilot project that shows the way. Yes, I even write programs, I love programming. I lead development tools assimilation. I train as well.
Improving the process is important for your competitiveness.
I may work as an independent consultant or as a regular employee, partial or full time.
